Perron Developments Pty Ltd is a 100% owned company of the Perron Group, a private group of companies founded by the late Mr L.S.Perron.
As a land developer, Perron Group has developed estates and subdivisions across Perth over a 40 year period. Today, the Group’s land developments include over 8,000 lots in WA and interstate. As a developer of residential communities, the Group is committed to providing quality urban environments.

Perron Group’s main business activity is property investments and automotive distribution (Toyota). Other activities include unlisted airports, Rio Tinto iron ore royalties, residential land development and managed equities.
The diverse property portfolio consists of retail shopping centres, commercial office buildings and industrial properties in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. The Group has joint ventures with major institutions such as Westfield, Mirvac, Federation Centres and Dexus.
The Group was founded by the late Lloyd Stanley Perron.

At The Edge, the starting point was an inspirational location near the very heart of Baldivis, but secluded in its own bushland retreat. In designing the 365 lot development, the Perron Group team combined generous parklands and community facilities with the very best sports and play knowledge and equipment, with clever street layouts so that no home is more than a few minutes walk from a park or bushland.
We then added unique touches like retaining fully matured native Tuart trees, inviting renowned artist Stormie Mills to create our ‘edgy’ street art, and including a wonderfully secluded feel in the entry statement.
